The production process of glass bottle manufacturers

The production process of glass bottle manufacturers

1 Preparation of glass raw materials
Firstly, glass bottle manufacturers need to prepare glass raw materials. Glass raw materials are mainly composed of a mixture of minerals such as quartz sand, soda ash, and limestone. These raw materials need to go through steps such as crushing and mixing to make them into a processable state.
II Melting of Glass
After Xuzhou Dongming Glass Products Co., Ltd. prepares the raw materials, the glass bottle manufacturer needs to melt them. This process requires the use of a high-temperature furnace to heat the raw materials to above 1400 ℃ and completely melt them. The melted glass liquid will remain in a high temperature state for the subsequent manufacturing process.
III Glass bottle manufacturing
Next, the manufacturing operation truly begins. The glass liquid flows out from the outlet in the glass furnace and flows towards the glass forming machine installed below it. The glass forming machine mainly consists of two parts: a mold and a suction cup. The molds have different shapes and can produce various shapes of glass bottles.
When the glass liquid flows into the mold, the mold is rapidly cooled, causing the glass liquid to solidify rapidly. Before complete solidification, the suction cup will absorb a certain amount of glass liquid to make the glass molding more uniform. The solidified glass bottle will detach from the mold and be sent to a cooling water pool, causing its temperature to drop to room temperature. At this point, the shape of the glass bottle has been basically formed.
IV Treatment of glass bottles
Basic formed glass bottles require some processing before they can be consumed or used. These treatments include:
Spray coating: The surface of the glass bottle needs to be dyed or other spray coating treatments.
Labeling: Attach a label to a glass bottle to make it easier to identify and distinguish.
Oven treatment: Place the labeled and sprayed glass bottles into the oven for baking, making them harder and more durable.
Packaging and Shipping
The next step is to package and ship the formed and processed glass bottles. Glass bottles need to be classified, stacked, and delivered to logistics companies for transportation. During transportation, it is necessary to pay attention to the stability and safety of the packaging to avoid bottle breakage.
In short, the manufacturing process of glass bottles is very cumbersome and meticulous, requiring a lot of machines and equipment. However, only through these meticulous treatments can high-quality glass bottles be produced to meet people's various needs.
